احب البحث وأحب البيانات وخاصةً البيانات المرئية.
‏‎علمت في يوم ما ان كلمة "عيش" يختلف معناها في جميع أنحاء العالم العربي. وعليه بدأت اسأل أصدقائي وأبحث عن تعريف كلمة "عيش" في كل لهجة وثقافة.

‏‎ولأنه ليس من السهل العثور على البحث اللغوي العربي عبر الإنترنت. فإستعنت بالبحث عن وصفات طبخ في بلدان العالم العربي. وجدت الإنترنت باللغة العربية مليئاً بمنتديات ٢٠٠٨.
‏‎و بعد التواصل عن طريق الرسائل الخاصة وقراءة وصفات سيدات الإنترنت، هذه هي النتائج

‏I love research, I love data, and especially information design. One day I learned that the word I used for rice, “3aish,” did not mean rice for everyone in the Arab world (including Djibouti and Somalia as part of the Arab league). “3aish” can mean bread, pasta and more. So I began researching the word’s definition in each dialect and culture.

‏Finding Arabic Linguistic research through the internet isn’t easy. So I turned to researching recipes across the Arab world. The Arabic internet comprises predominantly of forums from 2008. After many messages and aunties’ internet recipes, these are the results:
